Jim did a fabulous job taking out years of scratches on our glass table top. Communication and turn around was timely. The process was explained well and he gave a realistic idea of what to expect when completed. He exceeded our expectations and we are more than pleased. We had a huge window that was scratched during construction. To replace it, it was going to involve a crane and a team of people, no kidding. Instead, we found Castlewood Glass Restoration and they were able to fix the scratches (they disappeared entirely) and bring the glass back to “brand new”. I had no idea such a thing could be done. My next project for Jim will be our glass coffee table that our children have scratched with their toys. It is such a stress-relief to know that any other glass surface issues we have (or will have) have a solution.

We recently moved into a new condo and noticed significant scratching on multiple glass doors and windows. We had 2 companies take a look and both said we would have to replace all the doors, that they could not do the repair. The builder asked us to have one more person take a look. We were skeptical but complied. I cannot sing enough praise for the repair work Jim did. He removed all of the scratches including ones on outside windows which required a lift to reach. The windows look like new ! We would highly recommend having Jim take a look at any outside window damage before going thru the hassle and cost of replacing them, which might require replacing entire frames or doors. He is extremely fastidious, a perfectionist and does great work.

Jim is a true artist. He was tasked with the job of fixing scratches on 7 large windows on our brand new Cherry Creek condo. I was skeptical that this would work and fully expected to try to get the builder to replace the windows. We called a number of glass places and also looked online and everything we read indicated that getting scratches out of glass and keeping it looking good is impossible! Well, let me be the first to say that much to my surprise, Jim was able to return our windows virtually to their showroom quality. The process to do this is requires extreme patience and attention to detail and Jim is an expert at both. In addition to being the absolute best at what he does, he is just an awesome contractor. He always showed up on time/early, worked cleanly and consistently and was very respectful of our home. I cannot say enough good things about this man and the work he does. If you have windows that have scratches in the glass and don’t want to go through the cost and hassle of replacing them, this is the man to call!
